Uyghurs are suffering from the ongoing genocide under the Chinese government. More than 6 million Uyghurs have been locked up in concentration and forced labour camps. Children are separated from their families, and women have been systematically sterilized without their consent.

The genocide must end, and those who are responsible must be held accountable.

To show your support, we invite you to join us in a protest against the Chinese government on August 28th, 2022 from 2PM to 4PM, at Atwater Square.

We are also calling on the Canadian government to act by allowing Uyghur and other Turkic peoples who have fled East Turkistan to settle in Canada. Come out and show your support so that the Canadian government makes it easy to allow Uyghur refugees and immigrants to live in safety in Canada.
